I was surprised and Thrilled when I received the phone call to inform me that I had won the IPad 2 at the Smile Shack.
My son is in the process of setting it up and adding more programs to it. He said that when I started using it , I would wonder
how I ever got along without it. He showed me some things I could do with it and I know I will enjoy many hours of pleasure
with my IPad2. Thank you very much Dr. Jeff and the Smile Shack Team.

I want to thank you again. The I pad is wonderful. I am having a great time playing on it.. I want to say not only that I am glad I won the I pad, I want to say that the smile shack has the most positive enviroment and that you all care about your clients. I am glad my daughter talked me into going there. The smile shack is a great dental place to go and of course, Dr. Jeff is great …as well as all the staff.

Hey Arno!! Yes, indeed, if you want to call to schedule an appointment for a cleaning to be eligible for the drawing, you’re more than welcome to do that. However, to actually be in the drawing you need to also come to your appointment. And remember, patients who arrive on time or early are given double the chances of winning!! Dr. Jeff

During Dr. Abrahamsen’s lecture, he stated that any paste (natural or otherwise) has enough abrasive material that overuse can still potentially lead to the wear patterns commonly seen. That’s why he advocates switching to mouthwash for brushing. My position remains the same for natural and name brand toothpastes – using them is fine, but be careful about misusing them.

Hey Sandi…with an “i”!!

I remember you saying that to me the very first time I met you…Hi, I’m Sandi…with an “i”. That was a very enjoyable slice of time working with you in Olmstead Falls. And, seeing how much Katie and Ryan had grown each time they came in for their six month check ups was always solid.:) Looking back, I now have a greater appreciation for how patient all of you guys were with the new graduate who really didn’t know all that much. I was very lucky to land with such a caring group of people right out of school.

And, getting together for the annual Christmas party, was so much fun, too. Especially the year we went to the Baricelli Inn restaurant…I still think that was the best food I ever tasted.

I did see Nicole at the ODA, and she had mentioned that you had joined Sam. I hope things are going great for you there.

Anyway, you really made my day, I’m very happy that you wrote. And, Happy 29 years…that is Awesome. Stacy and I are working on 11 years, and we have four kids – Gabrielle (10), Halle (8), Marley (5) and Grady (4).

Have a great day and tell Jim, Katie and Ryan I said “Hello!!”

I don’t know if you remember me – BUT – congratulations on your awesome success! Jim and I will be celebrating our 29th anniversary this year and little Sara is now 12 1/2, Katie is 24 and Ryan is 21. After 22 years with the Olmstead Falls office, I left to work with Dr. Sam Barther in Independence. I have been there for 2 years now. Congrats again – I always enjoyed working with you. Sandi
